# Resetting Data, Deleting All Data Or Transactions Use this guide when you need to delete individual records or start fresh with a clean business account in IntelliFlowERP System. > **Warning:** Deleted transactions and records may not be recoverable. Always take a backup before deleting important data. --- ## Deleting Products, Sales And Purchase Transactions To delete individual records such as products, sales, purchases, or other transactions: 1. Go to the relevant list page, for example: - **Products > List Products** - **Sell > All Sales** - **Purchases > List Purchases** 2. Find the entry you want to remove. 3. Open the **Actions** menu for that entry. 4. Choose **Delete**. 5. Confirm the deletion only after checking the correct record is selected. Deleted records can affect reports, stock, payments, and account balances. Review the impact before deleting live business data. --- ## Resetting All Data If you want a fresh start, the recommended approach is: 1. Keep the current business as a test or dummy business. 2. Register or create a new business for actual use. 3. Configure the new business settings. 4. Start entering live data in the new business.
